All lead times advertised on the Website are provided in good faith as estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within such timeframes. Actual lead times are dependent on, and subject to, confirmation and supply from third-party distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers.

While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the indicated lead times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Rebel Darts shall not be held liable for any delays arising from such circumstances.

In the event of a material delay in fulfilling an order, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. Rebel Darts will, in consultation with the customer, offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• The option to cancel the order for a full or partial refund; or
• The option to accept a substitute product of equal value, subject to the customer’s prior approval.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the provisions set out in this clause.
