- The Virt system requires a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps.
- Minimum ceiling height required: 2200mm.
- Throwline distance from wall: 2370mm.
- The DartCounter App is required when using the Virt Cam.
- DartCounter App Version Requirements:
IOS Apple Store:
a) Phone/Tablet: Requires iOS 13.0 or later.

By downloading and using the DartCounter app, you agree to comply with these version requirements. Please ensure that your device meets the specified criteria to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- A 3-month DartCounter trial is included with all Virt system purchases, which will auto-renew after the initial trial period.
- All Virt systems come with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, ensuring ultimate peace of mind (terms and conditions apply).
- A USB-C cable is supplied (Length: 2.5m), a power plug is required for setup.

Special Order
We try to carry as much stock as possible to ensure a great shopping experience, if an items runs out of stock or it is not part of our current stock holding it will be on " Special order " . Our special order option allows you to purchase the item and wait just a little bit longer for it as we first need to get it from the distributor or manufacturer.

We offer free courier to door, in South African only, on orders over a certain cart value, check the top of the page to see what the current promotion total for free courier is.
International
All international deliveries will be sent using DHL / UPS with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD, Rebel Darts will handle on import duties and taxes and it will not be an extra expense added to orders.
