All deliveries will be sent using courier to door with tracking information and the option to add insurance.

Special Order

We try to carry as much stock as possible to ensure  a great shopping experience, if an items runs out of stock or it is not part of our current stock holding it will be on " Special order " . Our special order option allows you to purchase the item and wait just a little bit longer for it as we first need to get it from the distributor or manufacturer.

Delivery Times

The delivery times are determined by 2 variables, availability and origin. The following delivery times apply for the product availability / origin variables:

•   In Stock: The item is In stock in our RSA warehouse & delivery is usually between 1 to 5 working days.
•   Imported from the UK: The item is available from the UK, United Kingdom, Manufacturer / Supplier & delivery is usually between 10 to 25 working days.
•   Imported from the US: The item is available from the USA, United States of America, Manufacturer / Supplier & delivery is usually between 10 to 25 working days.
• Delivery from RSA Distributor: The item is available from our RSA Supplier & delivery is usually between 3 to 10 working days.
• Out of stock : The item is not currently available

Free Courier

We offer free courier to door, in South African only, on orders over a certain cart value, check the top of the page to see what the current promotion total for free courier is.
